Aldi in Blackwood...

Development of an Aldi store in Blackwood at 180-200 Main Road, is currently before the State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP). The applicant is Nielsen Architects. The application can be viewed on the SA Planning Commission Website Here. UPDATE: The BBN subimtted an application to present to the SCAP panel. The BBN were not granted permission to present at the SCAP meeting, due to presentations only being allowed from businesses or residents located in the immediate vicinity of the development. Approval of the plan has been deferred due to identified amendments requiring further submission.
